My mood

So I haven't been in the best mood this week. It showed the most today. I called Desmond a bastard and told him to fuck off, and I flipped Kenny off during religion class.

And for the first time in the three years I've known him, Jake annoyed the hell out of me. Every time I got an answer wrong during the Spanish olympics, he'd tease,"What's wrong with you!" or "You're slacking!" And even though after he said those things he'd laugh or say he's just kidding, it kept saying it over and over and it just got really annoying.

Then next period in Algebra, when I would have to work out a problem outloud, he would whisper the answer to me. I was still a little agitated from Spanish class so I just wanted to say to him,"Damnit, I know the answer!!"

I told Jake to shut up twice today, but I said them with a laugh as not to sound too harsh.

By the way, my team lost both of our rounds in the Spanish olympics. We're the bottom-most team. But of well, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I'm not even going to study that much tonight. The pressure's off now -- doesn't matter how well I do.

Oh, and remember the history test I was pissed about yesterday? I was sure I was going to get a bad grade on it? I actually got an 88%. What did it was the True/False section. I guessed on all of them and got them all right. Holy frick, right? I still think I'm going to get a C on my report card, though....

It could be worse, though. Kayla got a 56% on the World Studies test. She's most likely gonna get a D in the class. I think that's what she got during the first quarter as well. And it was kind of a pleasure to hear she's barely getting an A- in religion class because she's been bragging that she can't be getting any less than an A or A+.

Oh, and I haven't updated about Kayla in a while. Lot of things have happened. She only hangs out with my friends and me when she wants something. And her "new life" with Desmond and [the new] Tiffany and "a social status" is really punishing her. She can dish out the insults but she can't take them at all.

S'all I can say right now -- gotta start wrapping this entry up.

Had my orthodontist appointment. My orthodontist took out the wire that goes through all my brackets and threaded a thinner wire between the brackets. Then he put a shorter wire through my brackets. And now I have to wear rubber bands until my next appointment which is May 18th. May 18th is when I'll be getting my braces off. Four days after my birthday!

I watched Truly Madly Deeply this afternoon. I love it! My new favorite Alan Rickman movie. But then again, I've only seen ten of his movies out of the twenty-five he's made.

It looks like I'll be in the yearbook committee next year. I've been thinking about joining Yearbook, but if I decided on joining, I wasn't planning on joining until I was a junior or senior. But for some reason Mrs. McDermott, out of the blue, asked me why I didn't go to the Yearbook meeting at lunch. I told her I wasn't planning on joining until later in high school; but long story short, there's an application for the class sitting on my desk right now. That couldn't have been a concequence. Why would Mrs. McDermott randomly ask me about joining Yearbook when I've never told anyone that I've been thinking about joining? Not to sound silly, but I think there's gotta be a reason for me being on in the yearbook committe next year.

Tonight when I was on the phone with Kayla, she told me she was going to join Yearbook, too. I really, really hope her application is refused -- Yearbook is probably the only extracurricular activity I'll do in high school, and I just- I would like to have it to myself. Without her.

Oh! And how can I forget this?? I got an email from Chris Rankin today!!!! XD Here's what he said in response to my email asking about tickets to the Prisoner of Azkaban premiere:

The only advise I can give you is this:

There’s not a chance, that without winning some kind of comptetion you’ll be able to actually get IN to the premiere (ie inside the cinema)…

The people in the stands opposite the media and cinema, were mostly just normal people who arrived at Leicester Square early on (like 8am) the morning of the premiere. The security teams and event organisers handed out passes at about lunch time to those people who were around… even then – only a fraction of the people who were there got passes.

I admire your courage to ask me, but IF I get invited, I’ll be taking my friends and girlfriend along – which is only fair I think…

Good luck with your quest – and if you’re there – give me a shout from the crowds!!!

Chris

I sent him an email back, thanking him for such an email. I've also printed out his email and I'm gonna go wave it around school tomorrow. :P

I forgot what I was going to say or was trying to remember and, oo, it was really important, too....

Oh yeah! Nevermind! I remember. Nothing I need to write down here, though, so forget it.

Well, goodnight for now. Hope I can get through tomorrow. Clay concert on Saturday, wooo!!
